Gökçe graduated from Bilkent University Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics in 2019. In 2019, she started her master's degree at Ankara University Stem Cell Institute, and during her master's degree, she worked on COVID-19 drug repositioning, iPS cell generation projects and studied doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity on cardiac progenitor cells in her thesis and graduated in 2022. She continues her PhD studies at Ankara University Stem Cell Institute.
